I'm bored and browsing the egl, i must say i think the girls who wear this stuff now and invest a lot of time and money into it look really good for the most part. i remember when people would post their photoshoots a few years ago they'd look pretty bad/half assed. but looking at people's shoots is fun, they all look cute for the most part and go the extra mile of doing their hair and makeup D: which is what lot of people never did a few years ago, i mean its great your outfit is exact but its the little details that really pull everything together.

This set of photos were taken by some professional photographers and they look so amazing! it looks like some great high end lolita catalog. i like the sense of fun they all seem to be having and how comfortable and relaxed they are.

Jessica Alba in Dolce & Gabbana

In terms of fashion trends these days its nice to see it going back to more conservative looks, the conservative look for teens and young ladies was seen a lot on Gossip Girl which I loved! That show was great fashion eye candy. The whole belly baring, thong showing, low low rise jeans thing was totally horrible and I'm glad we're over that. Now we get high waisted pants! aka mom jeans lol, those don't look good on anyone I swear, unless you're some 6ft tall model but I like the loose fitting dresses that were all the rage during Fall/Winter.
I kind of hate browsing through magazines and seeing them forcasting the same fucking trends they did last year! Its like yes we know every Summer the nautical look comes back into fashion and Spring has lots of bright colors omg D: and not to mention animal prints are always returning D:


Naomi Watts in Dolce & Gabbana

I really liked um the art/painted trend, you see the famous Dolce & Gabbana dress [pictured above] on every fucking magazine cover! I loved that dress until every actress wore it on mags released in the last 2 months D:
I hate how that art/painted trend hasn't trickled down to anything for the low-end consumer lol. I thought high fashion was supposed to trickle down D: lol
