when super egos unite!!!  
you guys know what needs to be a reality show?????? THE MAKING OF THE SUGIZO/GACKT/YOSHIKI BAND!!!! omg! remember when vh1 aired that show Supergroup? Well this would be just like that but with like 10000xs the ego!!! oh man ;A; I'm anxious about who they're gonna get to be their bass player and second guitarist, 'cuase they want a five man band but who would be insane enough to want to be a band with those super egos??
Although I'm kinda happy Sugizo took time out from the hemp conventions to go and make some potentially rockin music with the other two but man D: I bet their first single will be a 10 min song with at least 5 solos in it hahaaaaa. Its hard for me to imagine what kind of music they'll make but the whole project seems like one of those things that will implode even before it takes off hhaa. And Yoshiki doesn't seem to have to best of luck when it comes to these things but who knows maybe this time he'll finally get another successful band ahahaa. Yoshiki is so weird to me, like mr one band hit wonder DDD:

You know I think since this group is kind of like the merging of former 90s vk superpowers then they OBVIOUSLY need someone from Buck Tick in there hahahhaaaaaaaaa. Maybe Imai could kick some ass in there hahaaa.

Anyway who would be in your JROCK SUPERGROUP???
I always wanted to see Atsushi and Sugizo on stage together only 'cuase they're such attention whores it'd be fun to see them battle it out hahaha. I think Kiyoharu should be in a group again 'cuase his solo stuff is nooo. I think Kiyoharu and J would be cool in a band 'cause J could write rockin american style music and Kiyo wouldn't have a prob singing it 'cuase well he was in SADS!!! one of the most rockin bands everrrr. Kiyoshi could be their guitarist!!! omg how cool would that be???? And I always thought it would be interesting if Ken Lloyd and J were in a band together :O

My supergroup would consist of a bajillion people XDD srsly. There's too many people to pick from.

My ideal band, that could actually happen cause I think about this shit realistically, would be Tatsurou on vocals, Die on guitar (maybe if he was with a different band he'd stop sucking >>), Shin from Kagrra as the other guitarist, Tetsu from Merry on Bass and Shizumi from Kagerou on drums. With Satochi on tambourine. Yes.

I bet their first single will be a 10 min song with at least 5 solos in it hahaaaaa. You completely grabbed my thoughts there. ;) First time I heard about the Third Guy, I was like, ahhhhh, that's going to be orchestra metal again, isn't it?

Maybe they'll have dueling pianos (in the middle of the bullet-train racing drums)! Gackt vs. Yoshiki (my bet's on Gackt -- I really believe he's the better pianist).

Did Yoshiki ever say he'd do the drumming. I mean, it's not like he can do much else... play the piano maybe... but even there...

Unless they get...like...Miyavi or something for their second guitarist (he's too good for bass!), who would then trample all over Sugizo and probably set the dude on FIRE with his totally awesomer m4d guitar skillz...isn't the only *really* active member of this super band people even remember... Gackt?

I mean, if it weren't for those blatant X Japan covers on his solo piano albums, Yoshiki would never be remembered.

No kidding though, they probably are banking on their first single to sell well!

Gackt is so not win. There are only two of his songs that I can stand, the rest is pop trash.

I really enjoyed Sugizo's solo stuff. And Yoshiki's piano could be interesting with Sugizo's violin, or something. Those two working together doesn't seem weird. Now if they had Atsushi on vocals, then I'd be all about it :D Atsushi probably has the most beautiful voice in Japanese music (with maybe Endo Ryoichi at a close second). That would be a true super group!

The bassist and second guitarist will be half-naked and pretentious because that seems to be the pattern. There are plenty of half-naked ones and plenty of pretentious ones, but I can't think of any that are both.

this NEEDS to be documented in video format and most certainly aired for ALL to see. i would be tickled pink, riveted, and quite possibly an invalid after watching.

my supergroup would be a collection of the talentless- it'd be funny to watch them struggle, come up with genius ideas and songs that only they think are genius. it's not about making sweet sweet music. it's about being entertained.
